Update communication times in bulk and for recurring rides
You can now update communication time windows in bulk (just select all of the rides you want to update in the ride plan!). What more? You can update recurring rides communication times in one click for a single ride, or all rides in the future.

Know exactly who booked a ride
We now display the name of the VOC user who book a given ride. If you have multiple agencies or large teams in your VOC this can easily point you to the right person!
Data Updates:
- Eligibilities Report Update: View each rider’s eligibility status and explore new fields that let you quickly understand each rider's individual conditions or status (activated, deactivated).
- Rider Growth Report Update: When you filter the VOC KPI dashboard, your filters will now apply to both the chart and top bar of the report—we fixed a bug which means your filters are now consistent across the report.
- Updated Cancellation Labels: Cancellation reasons will be more clearly labeled (e.g. Rider Denial) so you can easily understand what happened.
- Updated Reporting for driver pick-up and drop-off notes: Special instructions for pickup and/or drop-offs made visible to the drivers through the VOC are now also visible in your reports.
