Edit end-dates for recurring rides.

No more editing rides one by one—you can now update the end date, series name, and notes for all instances of a recurring ride at the same time.

Introducing Ride Capping

*in pilot for microtransit partners only.

Have a policy limiting how many rides a rider can take? Simply add a “Ride Cap” within the Rider Management page and easily track a rider’s progress towards their limit. This is not available for pre-booked services at this time.

Twilio Pay is now compatible with Stripe. 

If Stripe is your payment processor, you can take riders' credit card information over the phone. Payments will be much easier for riders who don’t use the app!

Look back at VOC comments.

You can now view shift and ride comments left in the VOC directly in two new reports: Shift Comments and Ride Comments. Easily look into what happened during service!

Managing many eligibility applications? We’ve updated the Rider Account, Eligibility Requests, Rider Eligibility, and Rider Growth reports so you can see key info in reporting.

For services using Ride Capping to limit the amount of rides riders can take, we've introduced reports to help you monitor and manage your ride caps to make informed decisions about ride allocations across your service. Check out the Rider Ride Cap Usage Report, Rider Ride Cap Analytics, and Rider Service Insights.  

Driver Tasks Report update.

The Driver Tasks Report will include a new "Planned Location" field that indicates whether breaks have pre-determined locations.
