Introducing ViaPass – Unlimited Via Rides!

Dear Via-istas,

We’re excited to announce an entirely new way to pay for Via rides.

The ViaPass – unlimited Via rides for a week or a month – is specially designed for our most loyal commuters and makes Via more affordable than ever.

You can purchase a ViaPass directly in your app. Choose between two unlimited-ride options:

7-day unlimited ViaPass for $39

30-day unlimited ViaPass for $139

With a ViaPass, all rides during Via’s operating hours are covered. This means comfy, efficient rides all week long are included in the price.

A few important ViaPass rules*:

The ViaPass is activated when you take your first ride.

Traveling with friends (we call ‘em +1s)? With a ViaPass, all +1s ride for just $1 each.

The ViaPass is only valid for rides within Chicago. If you’re traveling within our other cities, you’ll need to buy extra Ride Credit.

We’ll still need to charge you the standard $3 for canceling more than 1 minute after booking and for missing your pickup.
