Data Updates:

• New Report: Rider Service Insights
  Understand your paratransit and microtransit usage with a new report highlighting which riders are associated with each service. More exciting features coming soon for this report!
• New Report: Lost Signal
  Review time and locations of driver device signal loss and return per shift.
• New Report: Integrated Transit Analysis
  Track multimodal and intermodal data in this key report. It includes transit requests, proposals, proposed legs, fixed routes, intermodal, and microtransit data, as well as Quality of Service (QoS) metrics like walk times, trip legs, and duration.
  *Only available for partners who have Via’s Data Hub.
  
• Report Update: Rider Eligibilities Report
  Get more granular insight into your eligibility data. Reports now include rows for eligibility without start or end dates, notes, and a new field to indicate if eligibility is deactivated on the rider management page.
• Report Update: Citymapper Filter on Rider Growth Report
  In case you missed it, riders can now book Via microtransit rides directly from the Citymapper app. A new report update distinguishes rides booked in the Via app from those booked in Citymapper, so you can understand growth trends separately.
