Big Little Updates:
- New reserved WAV capacity: Introducing a new field for “Reserved wheelchair seats”, allowing you to indicate whether any wheelchair capacity in the vehicle should be reserved only for riders in wheelchairs. Learn more
- Show operator whether a ride is unassigned/waitlisted upon proposal: Know whether a ride request is expected to be unassigned or waitlisted before confirming the ride. Learn more
- Bug fix! The Promotional Campaign pages are once again visible for agents and operators: As a reminder, you can use this page to create a campaign and generate promotional codes to give to the riders.
