Add layover buffers after deadheads.

You can now set a minimum layover after a deadhead in Scheduling. This gives drivers a buffer for traffic or delays while keeping deadhead time accurate for performance reporting.

Scheduling exports now include:

• Vehicle-type stats in the line summary when multiple vehicle types are used

• Expanded run sheet details like break and split locations—helpful for bidding and operator review
