Remix April 2025: Auto-route recognition, expanded scheduling exports and more.

From automatic route recognition, to extensive exporting capabilities and beyond, check out all the latest features that Remix released into the world's most comprehensive planning and scheduling software.

Planning

Remix Planning now auto-recognizes route types—even when data is missing.

Missing geometry data is no match for Remix. If Remix comes across missing geometry data when importing a route through GTFS, it will now auto-draw a bus route or rail line to fill in the missing data.

Scheduling

Customize driver paddles that work for your operators.

Remix Scheduling allows you to export driver paddles directly from our easy-to-use scheduling platform. You can now:
  • Export paddles as HTML or Word docs (great for post-export editing!)
  • Export a specific day type or entire period
  • Export paddles with roster information included
  • Customize paddle notes to communicate information to operators
Bonus: 12-hour time formatting now available in any exports that include stop times, such as Timetables, Schedule Summary, and Driver paddles

Expanded Scheduling Exports bring your plans closer to reality.

You can now export the following resources directly from Remix Scheduling:

  • Bid sheets: streamline your bidding process with Remix-generated bid sheets
  • Relief vehicles: review a separate summary of relief vehicles as needed

Planning

Always plan with the latest routes data.

We now update our routing for bus and rail lines biweekly to ensure users can draw following the most up-to-date street network with the latest OSM data.

That's all for this month! We'll see you next time.
