Please see below for a list of Via Services that are governed by separate end user agreements between you and Via Transportation Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, replacing the general Terms of Use available at www.ridewithvia.com/terms-of-use. This list may be updated periodically and is not intended to be exhaustive.

Please also note that certain Enterprise Customers may elect to provide transportation, delivery, or logistics services to you by contracting for Via Services on a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) basis. In those cases, the Enterprise Customer may create their own terms and conditions, which will govern your access and use of their services.‍
