We celebrated America’s birthday by making a bunch of improvements to our service and rolling out a brand new Via app!

Here’s a peek at a few of the changes we’re most excited about:
Express routing. Via-cles with just two or more passengers on board will now be routed via the FDR or West Side Highway whenever it will save time. Get ready for even faster trips!
Two credit cards. Keep both your commuter benefits debit card and your personal credit card in the app - major pre-tax transit savings have never been this easy! Alternatively, add your business credit card to the app and travel to every meeting in comfort and style.
Ride history. No more digging through ride receipt emails! We’ve put your ride and credit purchase history directly in the app. You can even contact us with a question about a ride directly from that screen.
