August 9, 2023 (JERSEY CITY, NJ) – Mayor Steven M. Fulop joins the Division of Transportation to launch Citymapper JC, a free app integrating all Jersey City transit services in one location to help residents and visitors use public transportation in and around Jersey City with confidence and ease. Customized for Jersey City travelers, the app provides information on local schedules, stations, and stops for all bus, PATH, rail, ferry, subway, and Via Jersey City rides with routes prioritized by local users’ preferences, including arrival times, shortest walking distance, cost, trip time, and more.
“Jersey City is one of the busiest transportation hubs in the nation, and our work over the past decade has built a robust transportation infrastructure that is successfully expanding access to opportunities for our residents and making our streets safer,” said Mayor Fulop.
